The Steelers will NOT be losing linebackers coach Keith Butler, as he has turned down the Dolphins defensive coordinator job:
Linebackers coach Keith Butler has turned down the Miami Dolphins’ offer to become their defensive coordinator and will remain with the Steelers. Butler, 52, who has been with the Steelers for seven seasons, worked for two years in Cleveland with Dolphins Coach Tony Sparano (1999-2000). He is considered to be the person who will become the Steelers defensive coordinator whenever Dick LeBeau retires.
Now why would Butler do this? Well, my bet is that there’s no doubt he’s been told that he’ll take over for LeBeau once he retires, which I would have to say is going to happen within the next two years. No matter how you look at it, it’s a good thing for the Steelers to keep Butler.

Im glad! He will be the coordinator in Pittsburgh when Lebeau is retired. It will make for a seamless transition.
