Steelers safety Ryan Clark is not sounding optimistic about returning to play Sunday against the Cleveland Browns at Heinz Field. Clark did not practice yesterday because of an inflamed spleen. Clark said the injury is still causing him pain and is still causing him to get high fevers. Clark said the condition also causes him fatigue. Clark said at this point he’d just “be happy to play with my kid”. Quarterback Ben Roethlisberger (hip), running back Willie Parker (knee), linebacker Clint Kriewaldt (calf), tight end Jerame Tuman (back) joined Clark on the sidelines yesterday. Head coach Mike Tomlin says Roethlisberger and Parker will play on Sunday.
