With Steeler Nation holding its breath, the news on quarterback Ben Roethlisberger is better than many expected.
The most important MRI maybe in the history of the franchise came back with good news Sunday night, as NFL Insider Jason LaCanfora confirms that Big Ben has just a sprain of the MCL, and no tears.
The news means he’ll be back in about four weeks, meaning he should be back for a big AFC North game with the Bengals on November 1st, or at the hopeful latest the Raiders on November 8th.

With Ben out, the QB spot will be handled by Michael Vick, with his first test coming Thursday at home against the Ravens.
