The Steelers found a gem in 1995 at the kicker spot, having the ability late in training camp to pick up former Seattle and Atlanta kicker Norm Johnson after Gary Anderson left the team in a contract dispute after the 1994 campaign.
Today go back in time to the Summer of 95, 20 years ago, and offer a clip of Norm during an interview for the upcoming book “Game of My Life: Pittsburgh Steelers,” which will be out in September.
