Fate is handing the Steelers this one. Tyrod Taylor, the Bills starting QB, a scrambler with an erratic arm, is due over $27 Million in bonus money if he stays on the roster. The Bills have been noncommital about his status, and Taylor is in a funk — a poor mindset for playing anyone. E.J. Manuel, the backup QB, was the starter, but wasn’t good enough to beat out Taylor. The elephant in the room for next season is rookie Cardale Jones, the man with a rocket for an arm, who led Ohio State to the National Championship in 2014. Jones is learning to read NFL defenses, and Rex Ryan can’t want until this season’s over. It’s a good time to play the Bills.
