The Steelers have been slammed by injuries this season, and may have to deal with a major one today, as Ron Cook of the Post-Gazette reprots that the news on the pec of Cam Heyward is not good.
Hearing Cam Heyward’s pec injury is not good. Don’t be surprised if Mike Tomlin delivers bad news today.

In seven games this season Heyward has three sacks and 21 tackles. He missed three games earlier this season with a hamstring injury.

I could care less about what happened to hayward. It means nothing to me. The ONLY reason I care is that it serves as a, as Mark madden put it, “A handy excuse” if they continue to lose. Excuses do nothing except give tomlin more time to sink this ship.

With Heyward out for the year , this defense is officially done . You can stick a fork in them . The best and most reliable defensive player they had . When it rains , it pours .
