5. Mike Webster – Drafted in 1974 in the 5th round with the 125th pick. Mike Webster was a part of the best draft class in NFL history in 1974. While he was a 5th rounder, Webster was the anchor of the Steelers offensive line from 1976 to 1988. He played in 220 games for the Steelers starting 194. He was a 5 time First Team All Pro, 9 time Pro Bowler, he made 8 straight Pro Bowls. In 1997 he got his call to the Pro Football Hall of Fame. His untimely death would help open the door to the discussion about concussions and pensions for former players.
