If your like me you like to soak up any new or even old Steelers insight like a sponge, and every time a new Steelers book comes out – I can’t wait to get my hands on it and check out it.

With that, a new book that has just hit the shelves that is a must for any Steelers fan is entitled “The Steelers Experience,” written by David Aretha and long-time Steelers author Abby Mendelson.

The cool aspect of the book is it’s one you can read a little at a time, as it’s a book that details each and every Steelers season, including the scores for each game on the page for that year.

It’s awesome to not only look back at the tough years as well as the glory days, but also to read about some of the players that made impacts in those years that it could have been easy to forget.

The book also has great off the field stories, bio’s on players and coaches, as well as stats by the decade, which is cool to compare seeing numbers comparing teams of the 70’s and 80’s to teams of the 90’s and now.

Sometimes historical overviews of teams are a bit tedious and tough to sift through, but with this book that’s not the case at all, as each broken down year is easy to read, along with key moments and games from over the long and successful Steelers history.

Sounds like a good book but Bradshaw on the cover isnt appealing as it used to be . Ive always felt Terry never got the credit he deserved with the national media when it comes to the greatest quarterbacks of all time discussion . However , after the way Terry has done the organazation with the deaths of Art Rooney Sr. and most recently Chuck Noll , its hard to ever look at him the same way again . I was willing to give Terry a pass on the Art Rooney passing because he publicly admitted he made a mistake and he should have been there . Then he has a chance to step up and be the bigger man and simply show some class to the man and the organazation that helped him become a four time Super Bowl champion and Hall of Famer and he once again thumbs his nose to the franchise and his former coach Chuck Noll . He and Noll never had a great relationship and thats well documented . However they’re comes a time when you set pride aside and you do the right thing . For whatever reason , Terry could’nt be the bigger man .
