It was just six days ago that James Harrison had arthroscopic knee surgery, but the linebacker claims he will still be chasing Peyton Manning around in Denver opening night on September 9th.
The 34-year-old told the Trib Review that he will be there come the opener in Denver.
“I might need a little prep, we got a couple of new things (on defense), but other than that I think I’ll be all right,” Harrison told the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review. “You’ve got to get back in timing with the other guys and everything else, and a few days of practice would help.”
Let’s hope he’s as fast a healer as Mike Tomlin said in the pregame on Sunday night.
