Any thoughts of the Steelers having to go after a kicker can now be put to rest. The team today agreed to a deal with kicker Shaun Suisham, who filled in nicely last season after the team dumped struggling Jeff Reed.
Suisham made 14 of 15 field goal attempts last season after the Steelers signed him in the middle of November. He missed just two fields during the postseason, including a 52-yarder in the Super Bowl.
He had been an unrestricted free agent, and joins Swayze Waters as the kickers on the Steelers` roster.
