The Steelers Superman has been rewarded with another AFC Defensive Player of the Week honor. Troy Polamalu, who flew through the air Sunday taking a pick back to the house vs the Bengals, has again for the second straight week won the award of AFC Defensive Player of the Week.
Polamalu picked off Bengals quarterback Carson Palmer twice, the first he returned for a touchdown and the second put the nail in the coffin of the Steelers win with less than two minutes left in the game. It is the fifth time that Polamalu has won the award in his eight years in the NFL and fourth time the Steelers have gotten then award this season.
James Harrison won it Week 1, Lawerence Timmons Week 6 and Polamalu the past two weeks.

Congratulations to Troy for his award, it was well deserved. I would have preferred to have co-winners with Woodley and Polamalu.
