Coach Mike Tomlin said during his Tuesday press conference that QB Charlie Batch will start again in Week 4 against the Ravens after the veteran completed 12 of 17 passes for 186 yards and three touchdowns in Week 3 against the Buccaneers. Steelers will be focused on the run this Sunday, especially as Baltimore have been shaky against the ground game, which means Batch won’t be relied upon much in Week 4.

Was that questioned? Batch is more prepared and healthier than Leftwich at this point. His confidence must also be “sky high”, which makes the offense that much more dangerous. Yes, the Steelers will try to run, but Batch will have to make plays in the passing game without a doubt. I am sure this will come down to a “last” possession type of game, so us Steeler fans will have to have our TUMS close by!
