ESPN is reporting that Steelers two-time Super Bowl winning QB Ben Roethlisberger will not be facing charges over an alleged sexual assault that took place in Georgia back on March 5th. ESPN’s Kelly Naqi claims that sources confirmed that District Attorney Fred Bright will announce on Monday that charges will not be brought against Roethlisberger.
Bright said in a statement Friday he has reviewed all the investigation reports and will hold a news conference at 2 p.m. ET Monday. It was the second time in a year that Roethlisberger has been accused of sexual misconduct. He also faces a lawsuit filed last July by a woman who says he raped her in 2008 at a Lake Tahoe hotel and casino, an allegation he denies. Roethlisberger has not been criminally charged in either case and has claimed counterdamages in the lawsuit.
If Ben ends up getting off any charges, it will obviously be a huge relief for the team, as there was chatter about what they would have to face if the QB faced criminal charges. Now the question will be what commissioner Roger Goodell does, and if the QB does face a suspension for his second straight off season issue involving a woman.

Ben didn’t do it. I’m pretty sure he’s gay. It’s really too bad.

LOL, my sentiments exactly, Mark! What, was it romper room time on Steelers Gab for the above posts (except Mark); I guess that’s the overall national mentality these days with all the STUPID movies and people like Andrea, Zeke and xDirtyx out there! Now, if you’ll excuse me Imma go retire to my K-Y Jelly and porn movies one of which is entitled, “Airtight” and another which is entitled, “GROW THE FUCK UP OR DON’T POST!”

Good for Ben for not getting charged. Regaurdless, his name is still going to be tarnished
