Kevin, stop what your doing right now and give Drew Rosenhaus, unless of course your already on the phone with Drew. Bryant McFadden is a decent player and Deshea Townsend is terrific, but aging. Lets trade a 2nd rounder to Philly for Lito Sheppard! Ike on one side and Lito on the other with B Mac and Deshea backing them up would be amazing!
Seriously, think about this, B Mac is going to be a free agent after this season and Deshea is going to be a year older. Why not solidify our secondary for years to come right now? Lito is the perfect fit for the Steelers! He is a good locker room guy, great athlete, quiet and inspirational.
Tomlin is tremendous with D backs as well, so having a tandem like Ike and Lito would do wonders for our already stellar defense. So seriously, stop what your doing and PLEASE call Drew and get this thing done. Send them a receiver and a 2nd if you have to, but don’t send Hines or Holmes.
