Steelers head coach Mike Tomlin is talking about bad trends he is seeing develop in his football team. Tomlin said at his weekly press conference that offensively he is concerned about a trend of not being able to finish games, especially sustaining drives during the last five minutes. Tomlin is also concerned about ineffectiveness developing in the “red zone”. Tomlin says that while it is nice to have Jeff Reed, the Steelers need to finish drives with touchdowns. Tomlin says defensively he sees a trend in his defense allowing teams to use the sidelines, especially in time-critical situations.
