The Steelers are sitting pretty this week as they get ready to travel to New York this coming weekend to take on the Jets. The Steelers 31-28 victory over the Cleveland Browns not only helped them in the AFC North race but the overall race in the AFC as well. The victory gave the Steelers a two game lead in the AFC North with Cleveland in second place. The victory also left the Steelers, 7-and-2, as the number two seed in the American Football Conference behind only New England and ahead of the Indianapolis Colts. The Steelers and Colts have identical records right now but the Steelers would win the tiebreaker because they have one loss in the conference to Indy’s two. Head coach Mike Tomlin will give us his thoughts on where his team sits going into the Jets game when he meets with the media this afternoon for his weekly press conference.
